Which category does my cargo belong to?
Categories help you see the bigger picture in your reports. Rather than listing every cargo name separately, Enqlare groups them into broader categories so you can spot trends and compare performance more easily.

How do I turn off notifications?
You can turn off notifications—or choose which ones you receive—in two ways From either location, you can set preferences for each individual product, deciding how and which notifications you want to receive.
How can I add a missing port?
Enqlare’s port register is extensive, containing more than 20,000 ports worldwide, but from time to time you might come across one that hasn’t been added yet. If you search for a port and can’t find it in the list, don’t worry — adding it is quick and easy.
Can Enqlare be integrated with other systems we use?
Yes. Enqlare offers several integration options to help you connect your existing tools and workflows.
What if I or someone in my team leaves the company?
When a team member leaves the company, their Enqlare account can be deleted or disabled by any Admin user in your organization through the company settings . While deletion is possible, we strongly recommend disabling the account instead.
