enqlare’s port register is extensive, containing more than 20,000 ports worldwide, but from time to time you might come across one that hasn’t been added yet if you search for a port and can’t find it in the list, don’t worry — adding it is quick and easy simply email the details of the port (such as its name, country, and any relevant identifiers like un/locode) to mailto\ support\@enqlare com our support team monitors these requests closely, and during office hours we typically add missing ports within 30 minutes of receiving your email once the port is added, you’ll be able to use it immediately in your port calls, laytime calculations, shipments, or anywhere else in the platform where ports are needed this ensures your workflows stay uninterrupted and your records remain accurate
